Description for “Zonal Human Resources Executive”

Maintain database of all Walk In candidates. Arrange & Conduct Interviews with respective managers at the Zonal & Unit Level. Assists in development and execution of Regional recruiting plan and strategy. Assists in the on boarding of all the employees in the respective region. Complete all necessary joining formalities of the new recruit as per the joining checklist. Forward new employee details for the respective region to the corporate team. Arrange for New Joiners orientation and Induction in coordination with Training Head. Employee Relations: Creates and takes accountability for a consistently positive work environment that increases productivity, decreases unwanted turnover and enhances the guest experience. Provides an open door policy where employees are free to express their concerns and feelings without fear of retaliation or ill will. Advises departmental Head on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and practices; give support when needed. Answers questions from employees pertaining to policies, benefits, etc. and assist them in the resolution of conflicts with their supervisor. Helps introduce or explain new or revised HR policies; and new or revised procedures. Conducts exit interviews for all employees’ up to supervisory level within the assigned region to determine reasons behind separations. Forward the collected information to be used in coaching the supervisors/ Managers and devise programs for training, increased retention, statistics and employee satisfaction.
